The Goodness of Being Alive

Health and Healing in a Broken World

Please join me for a course to:

  • Stay connected with your heart and integrity rather than numbing out or feeling jangled up all the time

  • Stay steady, grounded, and nourished instead of being caught up in painful thoughts and behaviors

  • Access your body’s own innate wisdom for vitality, healing, connection, resiliency and yes, even joy

How is this course different?

In 5 one-hour sessions, I'll show you hands-on skills for emotional self-care. You’ll gain some understanding of the human nervous system and how to help yourself move from stress to regulation. Together we'll practice techniques to access your body's innate capacity to integrate and move through upheavals. You'll leave each session with simple mind-body healing knowledge that restores and settles. You’ll also receive practices and journaling prompts to work with in between sessions to help integrate the material.

What The Goodness of Being Alive

  • "I'm encouraged that something so simple makes a difference. Also, I liked meeting and learning along with everybody."

  • "What a relief to feel my heart, to connect with myself again."

  • "Wow. The benefit I get from this group far outweighs the time each week. This has been so very helpful for keeping myself grounded and present. Thank you."
