     When you need strength, steadiness, and healing, trying to push through or 'hold yourself together' isn't sustainable. These workshops focus on developing a kind relationship with your body while optimizing your body, heart and mind functioning with minimal effort. Whatever level of ease you have in your body now, these workshops will support your well-being.
     You will learn a system of basic and profound QiGong (Chi Kung ), a holistic system of simple body movements, coordinate with the breath, and awareness. 

  • Enhance mental focus, emotional health, spiritual connection

  • Improve stamina, balance, range of motion

  • Qigong is gentle, safe, effective, and enjoyable

  • It’s easy to learn and fun to practice!

Your Instructor

Hi there! I’m Amy Shoko Brown, a trauma resolution specialist and healing movement instructor with over 35 years of training deeply rooted in compassionate mindfulness and creative process. I help people struggling with health or trauma issues who want relief, strength and resilience so they can be their best selves. In private practice, I offer the modalities of Somatic Experiencing, Integral Somatic Psychology, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, mindfulness and QiGong to support healing and transformation.
